Lyon, October 14, 2024 – Elistair, a global leader in tethered drone technology for defense and public safety, has been named a winner in the “Excellence in Robotics and Smart Machines” initiative under the France 2030 program.

This call for projects, launched in July 2023 as part of the France 2030 initiative, aims to foster the development of advanced robotic solutions. The goal is to support emerging industrial leaders who innovate in high-growth sectors and to strengthen France’s position as a key player in the global robotics arena.

Elistair was selected for its work on Khronos, a fully automated tethered DroneBox. This next-generation model will offer significant enhancements, including an extended flight altitude of 90 meters (up from 60 meters), a dual payload system for additional equipment like telecom systems, and compatibility with maritime environments.

“This support strengthens our continuous growth and our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. With enhanced Research & Development and production capabilities, we are more ready than ever to meet the growing demands of our clients and to continue our mission of securing sensitive areas with our advanced tethered drone technology.”
Guilhem De Marliave

CEO & Co – founder of Elistair.

Elistair is also expanding its operations with new facilities, allowing for increased production to meet rising international demand from high-profile clients across more than 70 countries.
